To be clear, when you place an order with us you automatically approve to our terms of service. We advise that you read through these terms carefully before you order. These terms outline important information regarding orders, revisions, cancellations, transaction verification and deferring transactions.
Orders and Delivery
Once you place your order we will deduct the amount that is stipulated during the order process from the nominated account. We take fraud very seriously and we will report any suspicious transactions or stolen cards to the authorities. We shall not be held liable for any consequences relating to an illegal transaction made at EssayEagles.com. If there are delays at our end you may make a request for a full or partial refund. Mistakes/delays at your end are not acceptable grounds for a refund.
Free Revisions Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the order that you receive, you may request a free revision. It is unlikely that you will be unsatisfied with your order, but we are here to help you achieve what you need. As such we offer an indefinite number of revisions. We only accept revision requests that are within the scope of the original order, placed within 14 days after you receive your order. Acceptance for revisions is provided at our discretion.
Refunds and Cancellations
We do our best to satisfy our customers, and we rarely receive refund requests, but we want to make all customers as happy as possible and this is why we give customers the option to make a refund. If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed and finalized.
After you have reached the final stages order, you have a set period to verify your billing information. We do not finalize the order and provide it to one of our writers until your billing information has been confirmed. The set period for providing us with your billing information depends on the type of document and the turnaround time. The verification period is 8 hours for 2-20 days delivery time. The verification period is 2 hours for 12-24 hours delivery time. The verification period is 30 minutes for 12 hours delivery time. Make sure you submit your billing information on time, otherwise the order will be wiped and you will have to start again.
There are a number of reasons why we delay or defer orders. These include: delayed payments, billing information not being verified in a timely manner, incomplete or incorrect orders, the customer wishing to add extra information or make amendments, or carelessness or absence on behalf of the customer.
